The management team seems to be ok. The other hosts are fun to work with.

Minpunten

Really busy in the weekends. Maybe too busy. HR person doesn’t really seem to be qualified to do HR. Owners of the company are both distant and micromanaging.

Om te beginnen is dit echt een bijzondere plek vol bijzondere mensen. Je werkt hier met jonge en interessante mensen. Iedereen is anders en je persoonlijkheid wordt hier gewaardeerd. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je hebt elke dag andere functies en taken, en dat terwijl je je in een uitdagende omgeving bevindt. De focus ligt volledig op de gasten. Mensen van over de hele wereld komen hier op bezoek, en dat maakt deze plek zo speciaal en dynamisch. Er is plek voor iedereen en je kunt zelf kiezen wanneer en wanneer je wilt werken. Via een app kun je je beschikbaarheid aangeven en het managementteam stemt de diensten daarop af. Dit maakt echt een verschil als je studeert, een andere baan hebt of een eigen bedrijfje. Van je collega's tot het managementteam en de leuke collega's, dit is echt een fantastische plek om te werken.

Minpunten

Omdat dit een van de belangrijkste belevenissen in Amsterdam is, kunnen er dagelijks wel 2500 gasten langskomen, of zelfs meer. Dit betekent dat het er erg druk kan zijn. We zijn er echt op gericht om elke gast tevreden te stellen en hen te helpen met alles wat ze nodig hebben. Dus als je moeite hebt met drukte en een snelle werkomgeving, kan het lastig zijn om een oplossing te vinden, maar het managementteam denkt altijd met je mee en probeert de beste positie te vinden waar jouw sterke punten en talenten tot hun recht komen. Niet alle functies draaien om het bedienen van klanten, daarom is er ook ruimte voor meer ontspannen posities, maar daar werk je samen met het team aan.

There are numerous drawbacks, and the foremost issue is the individual in charge of HR lacking the necessary HR background, resulting in zero support. Additionally, the Experience Management team exhibits power-hungry and sociopathic tendencies, necessitating preparedness for a power struggle rife with anger and threats.
