Not transparent- you have to pay for your own travel to go see the clients (not disclosed in interview) then wait 2 weeks to be reimbursed. You also have to travel every 2 weeks to Belgium to see clients also. Not ideal if you have financial commitments. They’ll even suggest you get a credit card. Clients are extremely hard to please, they don’t seem to understand the role of a scrum master. Team is constantly changing and massive staff turnover. Treat you like you’re disposable They don’t let you know initially that the clients are on the actual team. This isn’t ideal usually so you will face difficulty. Micromanagement. Extreme. A lot of Chinese whispers but nothing direct Also they’ve had 4 scrum masters in the past 2 years, clearly a company issue cause no one has worked there for more than 2 years.
