A great team of Associates, engineers and Revit Modellers at this company

Hands down the worst place I have worked in my career. The owner is not happy unless he has full control over individuals and and processes despite not being experienced in all aspects of the industry. If you are senior in your field, your experience will not be respected and you will be treated like a junior member of staff. There is little to no understanding of the BIM process at WRAP and because of this, the working environment is extremely stressful in the BIM team. The concept is just 'get it done'. Not enough time given on project deliverables to do a job to be proud of. There is a ''CAD'' mentality among the directors. Any revit BIM development is not appreciated as it does not directly earn money for the company. A very chaotic environment with regard to project deliverables each week. The team members can expect to have their resource plan change on a daily basis. An environment where one is micromanaged, working from home is deeply frowned upon and professionalism is minimal. The founding owner is ex ADP and it is the same environment/culture that others may have experienced or heard of at that company.
