Managers here have hired people from their last company, and those people bring their colleagues. These people are the majority who are ruining the company.
No appraisal system
No merit-based system.
Those come from the manager's village or same surname, they get good support.
No promotion
No discussion, People run ego/favoritism in everything. Since there is no policy in India. The atmosphere is totally ruined. Negativity is ruining the office culture. Nobody cares about anything. People believe in bringing more people from their own and ruling the whole company.
Not a good culture. No good policy.
Company goes in loss at appraisal time and comes back in profit after that.
