After merger with GE transportation there are a lot of favoritism toward GE employees in promotions and job opportunities. Basically your industry experience won’t count much if it has not been in GE transportation. Company is great for new grads and juniors but not for experienced people because an experienced person most likely will be hold back be established GE peers. Also avoid at all costs joining signal and system businesses and working for NT!
