      Ipercontrollo del cellulare e spostamenti con telepass, contattano i clienti per sapere se sono stati visitati o no. Non vengono pagate le ore lavorative nel weekend ma vengono considerate come "flessibilità". Nessuna efettiva opportunità di crescità. Direttore generale è totalmente assente. Valori e obiettivi non chiari e mai comunicati . Chiedono di fare senza spiegare il perche. Un clima pesante in azienda, zero rispetto per le persone. Zero work life ballance. Totale assenza di fiducia e rispetto per i propri collaboratori.

      Toxic colleague/counterpart. Houston has more than 1 RSM. The rest of the team and people at the company were great and really enjoyed working with each of them.
