Poor company to work for - werkgeversreview Supermarket Assistant bij Waitrose

Poor pay, poor management, poor working practices, lack of appreciation for hard work, company administration is a mess. Wrong contracts sent out, not paid correctly and issue not resolved by manager, items stolen at work. Worst company I've ever worked for. I had more issues with pay and contracts in 3 months at Waitrose than I have in a working career spanning 30+ years.
