They will cause problems for you when you leave - I had to pay back tax because they couldn’t be bothered to accept my resignation. On top of that, I am still paying them back money, because I took too much holiday before I left the job, again because they didn’t accept my resignation on time. I did everything by the book and they still messed me up. I spoke to HR about it, but apparently this is something they do to many others and there’s nothing we can do about it. I would just advise anyone to think carefully about joining this company.
