In some instances there are opportunities for growth - "FOR SOME". As an employee of Walgreen Company I take pride in everything I do and I consider myself to be a loyal employee. However, I cannot say in all honesty that I feel appreciated. I feel expendable and unimportant irregardless of the loyalties that I've shown. I guess my best reason for working for Walgreen Company is the FACT that I need the extra income to supplement my first source of income. I am a single mom and struggling, I spend a lot of time away from my children at Walgreens. It would help to feel as if I AM VALUED.
