flexible hours, lots of clients/patients very busy atmosphere lots of training and increase in responsibility good relationships with pharmacist

retail atmosphere compensation pay not great compared to other facilities dealing with customers and patients and also dealing with retail environment

Flexible, not too many things to do, focus on your job, great customers, fun, free products. Working with customers. The area lead was amazing. It went down hill after she left.

no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
