Leadership has taken head out of the sand and making difficult decisions and changes needed to continue to be successful and improve. Making changes BEFORE the wolf is at the door. More opportunity than ever coming with the reorganization.

Job descriptions old or non-existent. No clear career paths. Not enough post-hire training at corporate. Salaries average just below other companies. Not enough performance feedback to learn what you need to do better. Managers don't communicate enough to their employees.
