health insurance (for full time employes) profit sharing that you have to put money into and can't take any out till you have worked at walgreens for 6 years

Minpunten

If you get a bad store manager you will be doing a lot of extra work with out extra pay.

Flexible, not too many things to do, focus on your job, great customers, fun, free products. Working with customers. The area lead was amazing. It went down hill after she left.

no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
