Minpunten
Every day do the same boring thing. Work under the unskilled supervision of the individual. Making staff like porters even though this is not his real industry background. Pool and PS5 are just attract fresh grade to joining the team.
How to work. Repeated presentations and explanations until the staff gets fed up and bored. Companies that provide opportunities to people who do not have a specific certificate in a certain position. Reprimanding the staff openly with the client, they say they have to work as a team, the truth is just a sour drama.
The management is too childish in explaining and solving an issue with the staff. Answers and actions that are very unprofessional such as twists and turns that seem to lack common sense.
Working environment. The music is very loud, like entering a rockzone concert. The level of focus cannot give 100% to a task to be completed. Almost all staff can communicate and make friends, but cannot be trusted.
Conclusion. Working in this company provides many lessons and solutions in life and work. An increase in the quality of work? Not at all. Professional understanding in an action in the construction industry? Absolutely not. A company that is too proud and so narcissistic.
