Two paid 15s and an hour unpaid lunch. Mostly easy work other than heavy lifting. Cool environment. Set schedule.

Minpunten

Too much work for one person, store manager will yell at you. Can never get days off unless you have enough PPTO saved up.

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
