make friends and collect a paycheck, benefits are good, health insurance and full medical for my family

the lack of respect for employees and very bad communication between management and associates we do a lot of extra work for the little pay that we get the open door policy we have is really not that good

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
