Takes a defensive position on litigation risk adding more bureaucracy than necessary. Fear and insecurity are at every turn, resulting in an every-man/woman-for-him/herself. The narrative on social media suggest that the company is thriving. Don’t believe everything you read. What is posted is often an attempt to counter-balance the toxic working conditions or is someone merely trying to impress their boss or to get off the bottom 10% list.
