Upper management (and this includes the district and regional guys and the buyers) doesn't listen to the people who deal directly with the customers. We know what customers are asking for! I am tired of having to tell customers that they can find items we used to carry at our competitors in order to give good customer service! Another strange thing - we often seem to be "warehouse out" on foods that we sell very well in our area BUT we are NEVER out of collard or mustard greens, black eyed peas or grits which aren't real "hot" items in the North!!!
