      Close to home. 75% of the time I enjoy my job. I work with a lot of great people.

      Minpunten

      Point system for absence; 6 in 6 months. 3 days of for illness and you have to fill out leave papers. Not family friendly since Mr. Sam passed away. Fully vested profits are a joke; I've lost more money to it than I've made.

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
