It's a friendly environment. All upper management is is down to earth and appreciates your work. They will recommend you for better positions.

Minpunten

The pay could be a little better and it gets really busy which isn't all that bad. Seems like pharmacy is short handed a lot also.

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
