Keeps you busy so the day goes by faster. Can offer some physical exorcise while unloading trucks, and more depending on what department you stock.

Minpunten

Getting everything assigned out and stocked can sometimes be difficult if they pull you to another department to help there temporarily. Customers will likely take up a quarter of your time as well. The manager over you will likely complain if you don't get everything stocked, regardless if you were pulled away from your department. I've stayed hours over my shift just to finish many times so I wouldn't have to listen to it.

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Minpunten

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
