-Annual hour cuts that seemingly last all year... -Selective management, in-your-face favoritism. Says "no hoodies, no earbuds!" to everyone but a select few. They are downright cruel to some. Demand even more productivity, while always laughing and chatting in personnel. And a lot of them won't handle very obvious problem employees. -No performance based raises. -Can't be comfortable in your own area, always getting pulled to where they need you, while still being held accountable for the work in your area. -Drama and scandal! Find out which manager slept with associates and promoted them! Find out who the work snitch is! Watch them get away with the things they say you're doing! Argue in front of customers! Argue WITH customers! Only at walmart!
