Decent pay. Better then small employers. Relatively safe from layoffs apart from what happened recently. Tech stack is pretty modern. Work life balance is decent.

Minpunten

Expect a lot for the pay compared to say big tech.

Minpunten

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
