Been a part of the team for almost 3 years now, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity!! The owner Dave is very honest, and a great boss! He wants the best for his employees, and is making the company outstanding!!! I’ve learned a ton so far from working here, and he is a very generous boss! He does honor and acknowledge people for their hard work and dedication to his business!!

Good starting salary out of school

-Insistent on using outdated technologies -Raises/bonuses are small/rare and based on hours worked rather than actual performance, and personal relationship with owner -No real management, the owner is just a programmer who does the bare minimum when it comes to management responsibilities -Purely focused on the company's short-term success, no interest in planning for the long-term (owner wants to retire soon)
