Minpunten
1. Work-from-Home Policy - While the company does not offer a standard work-from-home. But leadership remains open to discussions about remote work on a need basis, showing flexibility when required. This may be a con for those seeking full remote flexibility. 2. Work Culture & Hours: If you're looking for a strict 9-to-6 job with no real sense of ownership; this may not be the place for you. As a Program Manager, you may occasionally have meetings scheduled during early mornings or late evenings to collaborate with stakeholders in the USA. But does that mean you’ll be forced to work long hours every day? Absolutely not, in fact, management encourages a balanced workday and offers flexibility without micromanagement, allowing you to plan your schedule independently. 3. Learning & Development - Currently, there are no formal policies for learning reimbursements or certification support, which could be a motivating factor for many team members. This is an area with potential for enhancement. 4. HR Policies - HR processes are still evolving and have room for improvement to better support employees. 5. Facilities - One notable gap is the lack of parking facilities in the basement, paid parking outside is very inconvenient.
