      Fast pace of change may not suit everyone, progression depends on consistent performance and isn’t automatic, some teams experience pressure during busy periods, role expectations can be high, not ideal for those wanting minimal accountability or expecting rewards without contribution

      Recently joined Water Plus and have found everyone to be friendly and helpful; definitely feels like a great place to work. It's a large open office, with everyone located on the same floor. With all colleagues in one place, we can easily see/speak with them, and are no longer be reliant on teams or phone calls. This helps new starters such as myself to get to know people easier and reach out for help if needed. Everyone genuinely seems to enjoy working here. Water Plus is a Real Living Wage employer - which means they voluntarily pay more than the NMW. They also have great benefits too.
