Tired - werkgeversreview CS Rep bij Wave

The pay for such a broad product is truly a joke. Salary in the 40k’s is the reason why people keep leaving. CS reps that have gained lots of experience in the product eventually leave to better paying companies, then they hire again, have to train again, rinse and repeat. Their best talents are not retained because the pay is so poor! The company does not care for their CS reps even tho they take the most of the angry tantrums from customers due to management decisions. I truly hope the pay is atleast increased, otherwise great people will keep leaving! Goodness, a product as cumbersome should have at starting salary of atleast 55k
