lack of transparency in promotion criteria & salary increment no signs of meritocracy, it’s all about making it “fair” to everyone even if people just give minimum effort hence, this company rewards mediocre performers, limits high flyers, and forces hardworkers to leave. good performance is pubished with even more work with zero tangible reward management lies and gaslights thinking that people don’t see it management is delusional and arrogant, very French if I may
