      I enjoy everyone I work with at Waylin. The culture, while new, is very positive and encouraging. Highly focused on quality which directly translates to happy clients. The partners are very accessible and good people to work for. You have the opportunity to build a very strong network internally and externally with clients and PE firms. Strong comp package

      Minpunten

      None. Professional Services naturally have awkward hours occasionally, but that should be expected at any firm. I'd bet Waylin is likely on the better end of the spectrum for WLB among similar firms.

      Partners are good people and take care of their people - they play the long game with everything (employees and potential clients).

      Small firm growing pains - but should be expected when joining a firm like this.

      Interesting projects that allow you to model complex problems and work across various industries. Leadership team that is willing to develop their team members and help them succeed. Competitive compensation with opportunity to grow income as you grow with the company.

      Minpunten

      Not really a con but coming from larger more structured companies, it took time for me to get use to the startup feel Waylin has. Once I got use to it, I found it to be more enjoyable and easier to grow my career here
