As an RBT I never saw my supervising BCBA. Program managers who were not credentialed were conducting assessments and doing supervision outside their scope of practice. Always being asked to work more due to being understaffed. It felt like if you weren't friends with the bosses, you weren't supported. Condescending and under qualified leadership.
