Pluspunten
The pros are the same as in any other wireless store. You are close to the technology and if you love wireless, it is always a plus being in a cellular store.
Minpunten
The commission is very low. They have no real HR department which leaves you open to any kind of bad treatment and unfairness with no recourse. They can do what they want to do when they want to do it without a paper trail. The company is owned and operated by Indians and everyone in the corporate office is Indian. What's bad about that is that there are Indian reps in some of the stores who are complete, total slackers. They are not held to the same standard as others. Store managers have no say-so and neither does the Regional Manager. The store I worked in did not have a microwave or a refrigerator. The toilet was like something you would expect to find on a subway stop. Conditions for employees are beyond terrible and I've seen this in many stores. The checks are often wrong and if you get a physical check instead of direct deposit, the check is often wrong AND late. Many of the stores are very, very slow, sometimes with entire days going by with 1-2 customers. Yet, you are held to the same standard as if you had WalMart traffic. There is no paid vacation and no paid sick days. There is no personal day. Almost every employee employed is constantly looking for other jobs. When i started there it took less than a day before I was told by longtime employees what kind of crap place it is to work. There is no morale at all and that is because the leadership is poor. They are cheap and they do not care about the employees at all.
