Not sure where to begin. This place blew. It’s unorganized from the top. If your vision isn’t the companies vision you’re an issue. They put rules in place and only chastised certain people, while others that did the same received no punishment. Management did nothing with feedback they received. Two CTOs quit, in a span of 18 months. The latest was an exceptional individual. Upper management behaves as if they are threatened by different ideas that do not match their own. A toxic environment, with no room for growth. Stay away from this place. If you breath wrong, someone will tell on you, it was a child like environment. The positive reviews are bs, due to an incentive program,stay away! I’m ecstatic I’m gone.
