The Owners care more about decor and placement than about their staff or residents. The Owners care more about the appearance of caring than actually caring. Very charismatic and amazing at saying the right things and making pretty videos, but it stops there. The staff are underpaid and shifts are split three ways over the whole day to get 6 hours. Staff are constantly changing. People are fired or laid off without cause unexpectedly all the time. They cannot keep residents, they move out as quickly as they move in. You are expected to be available at all hours for calls and texts and are "not a team player" if you take time off.
