Karkhana company pay salary after 20th Micro management hr only know hiring and firing salary is handled by owner Casual hiring and firing want full stack developer but salary is low. Micro management only 10 permanent employee other are just hired for few months

Owners continuously watch employee tracking software. You have to remind the management about your salary, projects work. Because they don't follow any proper system. Owners will do project management, micro management, sales, HR work and as a result they often argue with employees. They hire and fire casually by creating complicated scenarios like overloading tasks, calling after logout and weekends, stretching working hours by scheduling meeting at EOD. They keep showing the boss attitude and targets people who opposes that
