Don't really know where to start.....
More than 20 years in the workforce and I've never seen anything like this!!! It's essentially a high school for anti-social children with serious hygienic issues... It's 8 hours a day of staring at a computer with no human contact, and at least half the people there don't have the first clue about the concept of interacting with other people anyway.
CEO John Nitsche is one of the nicest people I've ever met, however his partners in upper management consist of a level of incompetence I've never encountered before - grossly unjustifiable self-importance by certain members of upper management, failure to understand the most basic principles of economics and logical business decisions, astonishing failure in employee relations, pretending the most obvious problems don't exist or just getting rid of them rather than actually addressing and dealing with them, absolutely stunning failure to understand the biggest service they provide to their clients and how to use it to maximize income, and sadly the list goes on and on....
Also an alarming number of people there are totally unfamiliar with the concept of washing ones hands after using the restroom.
