They perform no screening on the people they hire, you won't know whether you're working with a convicted criminal or not. Management(Directors) : 0 knowledge, no management skills, no credentials, no leadership skills, no negotiation skill. Please hire management with appropriate university credentials. They have 0 knowledge of the plant and creates problems that cost the company millions. Departments: Suffering from lack of leadership by managers and directors.
