Many times inept management leads to overwhelming crunch work for the entire company. Inability to communicate has led to wasteful decisions as well as the closure of their US subsidiary due to inability to work with the US staff there. This inability to communicate as well as manage has also led to the loss of a high profile AAA project. Not enough support or proper perspective in regards to what are essential projects to the company. Bleeding qualified and formerly motivated employees left and right. Not destined to remain in business or independent.
