Pluspunten
The company has been very laissez-faire. They provide the contracting through the government, but they do not bother me at all with meetings or checkups. This is perfectly ideal, since their role is really to allow the government to hire more quickly and flexibly, and they if there are any job related issues the customer would inform them presumably.
Minpunten
If you wanted a company that will involve itself more in your day to day work for the government, this isn't for you. Again though, in a real sense I am working for the government and have plenty of feedback from their side, so it would only be tedious and excessive to constantly report to Weems as well. That being said, it is up to you to figure out what the gov side wants, but in my case they make that perfectly clear.
