Pros: No pros, the package was decent but not sufficient for the amount of work and overtime you do put in

Con: Everything else is a con at welltech Redundancies are relentless in this circus - another round just announced, with 30% of the workforce being cut by the end of May! The business is clearly going under largely off the back of poor decisions from the previous CEO and ongoing mismanagement at the very top. There’s no stability whatsoever and anyone can be told they're out overnight, regardless of performance. What’s left is a mix of the cheapest junior labour primarily based in Ukraine and a well connected inner circle protected by leadership mostly due to their nationality.

Some of the employees are friendly, good team players and good professionals. Some others well not as good.

Minpunten

C level executives lack (or let's say lacked) strategic direction and there is no transparency. No long term strategies, poor communication from their side and limited openness toward employees. Decisions feel reactive instead of what it would feel if there was actually a plan and there is little alignment or clarity around the company’s future vision. If your director or head of department doesn't like you, well good luck! No matter how effective your work is, if you bring in results they will also put first their favorites. There is a mix of responsibilities, no clear structure with the result of cross functional collaboration being too difficult as 2 and more people will do the same work or none will do anything.
