Pros - I was able to learn so much. I was able to work with all levels of management. It was a great place to supervise individuals. I was able to build a team where there was a lack of working as a team.

Minpunten

Inconsistency, protocol is not followed through. There is a lack of communication. Decisions were made without thinking it through, which would cause budget issues.

Thank you for your comments. At Wesley Community Center, we are always striving to do better. We have worked to improve communication and consistency and will continue to do so. When an agency has as many helping programs as we do here, which may change a little from year to year, it takes an effort to keep lines of communication open and maintain consistency.
