Great Clients, Great Proposition, Great Potential in the market place

Minpunten

Managed like a bank assurance , overly target driven sometimes ruthlessly. Stressful and requires long hours. Long term relationships with clients are expected as part of the job but short term results are always the priority.

- Work culture is good. - Flexibility offered around working hours. - For permanent employees, benefits are good. - Plenty of team events.

Minpunten

- If working in IT Operations, it is a challenging environment to work in. - Poor sharing of knowledge within the team. Cross team communications in IT are very poor. - Products used are quite old. - Poor spending on IT
