I graduated from Western with a great experience. In short, if you understand consulting, you know how hard it is to balance team, customer, and management. Western does a great job giving Project Managers the ability to serve their team, the customer, and keeps things humming along with management. Their approach to implementations is very straightforward, and their methodology works. Western is very flat, if you need to say something to HR or the CEO, you can, and you will get a response. The human side of consulting is taken seriously - whether it be time needed away from the keyboard or time for "life happening," the team is there to support one another, and the team culture keeps implementations moving. The consultants are experienced D365 F&SCM pros who do their best job in the best way possible. Sales works well with delivery and visa-versa. In short, at Western you can do well, be well, and can enjoy working with your coworkers on a winning team with very little to none of the acrimony or interpersonal politics/red tape that is a part of other companies. This is why I say in the title "doing right by customers & employees" - no games, no head trips, just let's get the job done and do it right. If you can do that, life is good. Just bring your best self to the job, the rest will take care of itself, and you will have the support of management in your endeavors.
