Western Container Corporation is a fantastic place to work. In my experience, and time there I have always felt like a valued member. I have worked in a lot of different fields, and for a lot of different companies, and every company preaches that they are a family who values everyone’s contributions. It is easy to say those words, and very difficult to back them up with actions that prove them. However, it is one of the few, if not the ONLY place I’ve ever worked where it actually feels true. I really have nothing but positive things to say. I feel that the pay is more than fair. The benefits are excellent, and the treatment is good as well. Any concerns are met with open minds, and a serious discussion on options to improve things moving forward. Work/Life balance is also the best I’ve ever had, as the schedule roughly works out to working 6 months of the year, even though the shifts are 12 hours plus.

I can’t think of any at the moment.

Pay, and time off are great.

Benefits leave much to be desired.
