Decent pay, good coworkers, good hours(for a few months of the year)

Inconsistent hours throughout the year, poor management, corporate minded management, inconsiderate to health needs, no support from higher management, doesn’t give you breaks unless you beg for them for 12+ hour shifts, won’t listen to issues, allows management to mistreat and bully hourly staff, favoritism, long work weeks with no days off for 10+ days, close one day and open the next morning, overworks employees, hires part time but only works them full time hours(except in slow season), makes it difficult to get another job during slow season to be able to support yourself and your families, constant issues with payroll not being right

30 minutes away from most towns in this area. The guests.

So. Much. Turn-over. Much of the staff does not know how to operate to their full potential due to being so new. Whoever isn’t new (within the last 6 months) has held a role within this property for more than 10 years, meaning very old-school mentality. Uninviting to change and unwilling to work with new procedures/policies.
