Too many too list. Stay away from Westlake Royal Roofing Solutions (Lake Wales Florida). Facility and Equipment are in horrible condition. No one on site cares about best practice principles regarding production, facility/equipment upkeep, and cleanliness. Regional- Subpar passive aggressive multi-site manufacturing executive who is not a cultural fit to lead people or business metrics. Onsite leadership- Subpar, Poor and Toxic Culture that appears fostered and enabled. Too much poor legacy culture and outdated practices. All that are in leadership roles (Leads, Supervisors, Superintendents, Managers, Plant Management) are overpromoted from within or in roles due to seniority or favoritism.
