Open working culture, very tranparent. There is a lot of trust and ownership given from day one. It is a place where you can always ask for help and the people who work there are really amazing. There is also a lot of learning and knowledge sharing that happens organically but also from the organization as well.

There is not really any cons for me.

Friendly and relaxed, but still professional and ambitious atmosphere. A great sense of community, bolstered by regular team-building activities. Decent flexible working opportunities, with two home-office days a week, and flexible working hours around a fixed block of core time. Luckily no culture around very long hours. You have flexibility in choosing which and how many tasks to take on, and quite a broad spectrum of learning opportunities. The compensation and promotion scheme is transparent and consistent for everybody.

Communication was a bit slow during the application process and the compensation is mid-range for the industry, but there is otherwise not really anything to criticize.
