Despite the company saying there is a work-life balance, there is not. You will be on-call more weeks than not. You will be expected to put the company before your own family. The pay is incredibly below industry standard, other MSP's in Kansas City pay way more for the same position. The only benefit is 401k, while other MSPs offer full benefits. They will lie to you, and say that other companies will over work you while expecting you to work 70 hours a week (including the on-call shifts). Once you place your two weeks, you will not be given your last paycheck in retaliation. The only reason why Wholestack Solutions is able to hire people, is because they hire people new to the industry because they do not know better. Do not let them take advantage of you, there are way better places to work and gain experience. This is a predatory company.
