The top leadership doesn't do anything to stop the abuse of power, I saw a lot of people leaving when I was there in my first months, they hired a lot of new people and a manager that only stayed for a few weeks and then left because it was a bad place to work. If you're sick RH is after you, and they never believe you, a colleague had someone in his family who died and they wanted the death certificate for proof.
