The biggest challenge of working here is no ownership support. The Chef Randy Lewis is a terrible owner. He has no clue what he is doing and this coming is a revolving door of employees. No training and no support. The wages are extremely low also. Managers are paid $13 and hour and employees are paid even less. I worked for this brand for 3 months and I saw over 15 employees quit or be terminated. I strongly urge you to stay away from this place. By the way they also payed employees with personal checks with no account of deductions.
