Clear expectations and sales targets. Support from the team when you need it. Tools helping you track progress and stay organized. Opportunities for growth based on performance. Training available to improve sales techniques. Clear path to growing your book of business, with performance rewarded through incentives.

Minpunten

Can be hard for people used to a stable income (not so closely tied to meeting targets).

Pluspunten

Customers are cool, their wine is not bad.

Minpunten

Management made this one of the hardest places I have worked. Pay did not match the effort, tip distribution never felt fair, and the people doing the most guest service often walked away with less. Long hours and constant stress became normal, especially if you were dependable because that only meant more work. Training was outdated, resources were limited, and asking for better tools usually created more problems than solutions. Some managers acted like complete freaks when anyone spoke up or challenged a decision. Good employees kept leaving, and the high turnover made it clear this was not a one time issue. In the end, people were expected to give more while getting less in return.
