Aunque llevo poco tiempo en la empresa estas es mi opinión: -Cpmpañerismo, me he encontrado muy a gusto en todo momento y los compañeros me han ayudado en todo momento. -Relación entre departamentos admirar la paciencia de los trabajadores cuando necesitas ayuda de otros departamentos. -Estuve muy a gusto también en el proceso de selección cualquier empleado de RRHH estuvo muy atento en mi proceso. -Creo que Win Systems no tiene prejuicios por como va a ser la persona contratada (edad, sexo, etc..) para mi es un punto muy importante. -Las instalaciones son buenas (gym, comedor, cafeteras, etc..) Supongo que en un futuro tendré más criterios de valor

- Company and owners treat employees really well. - Work environment is great. - Benefits are nice.

- Company designs products mainly for South America which doesn't require the same level of excellence as the US. The products just were not a good fit for the US. - Company wants to break through to the US market but is not willing to invest in the necessary service and product changes.
